All items sold via our direct online storefront or in our live online auctions are sold “AS IS”. Since each item that is sold by The Prop Block is a unique, one of a kind piece we will disclose any wear the item might have received during it’s time being used on set or in storage over the years. It is each customer’s responsibility to review the description and images of each item before placing a order and deem it in reasonable condition.

In the event of an unsatisfied customer The Prop Block LLC reserves the right to review the request for a refund and accept or deny the request. In the even that a customer believes the item or items purchased from The Prop Block do not meet the conditions in which it was sold, i.e. an item sold as screen used is not actually screen used, The Prop Block reserves the right of arbitration using three outside sources of our choosing, and the customers approval to determine the status of the item sold.

In the event of a return the customer will receive the full amount in store credit to be used on The Prop Block online storefront or in The Prop Block live online auctions. In the event of an agreed upon return for an item placed on a payment plan the amount of 25% which was used a down payment will not be refunded and the remaining funds will be issued to the customer as a store credit. In the event of a refund due to an error on the part of The Prop Block, such as an item described incorrectly as screen used or production made, the full amount will be refunded to the customer via the credit card placed to make the initial order.

By purchasing an item on The Prop Block online storefront or in our live online auction the customer agrees to these terms and conditions stated in the company's return policy.
