Star Trek: The Search For Spock Klingon Communicator

1 in stock

Klingon style communicator featured in the production of Star Trek: The Search For Spock. Admiral Kirk and his bridge crew risk their careers stealing the decommissioned U.S.S. Enterprise to return to the restricted Genesis Planet to recover Spock’s body. This early version of the Klingon communicator was designed by Richard Coyle and is made of solid resin and painted an aged brown color to match the Klingon aesthetic. This piece shows some damage on the “fin” area on the top of the communicator, and has small detailing on the front made of tape, which were later cast into the design of the communicator. This piece comes from the collection of the Star Trek prop master Joe Longo and remains in good production used condition.
