Your purchase from The Prop Block LLC will be between you and The Prop Block LLC as a company. All items that are sold will be in USD currency. For buyers purchasing from outside the United States of America all prices charged in USD will be converted to their respected native currency. All items sold within the state of California will be subject to sales tax, currently 9% of the total price of your item, or combined items. All items outside the state of California will not be charged state tax.

Once an item is purchased from our website payment is due in full, unless a payment plan is setup beforehand. For all payment plans chosen by the buyer a 25% non-refundable deposit will be made at the time of purchase, and the seller and the buyer will determine a monthly payment schedule. There will be no interest accrued on the monthly payments made on your purchase, if you fail to make the monthly payment the sale will be canceled and the non-refundable deposit of 25% will be held by the seller. All payment plans will require a credit card to be placed on file and that card will be charged on a monthly basis for the price determined during the opening of the payment plan.

All sales are final. In the occurrence of a requested refund the determination of the refund will be at the discretion of The Prop Block LLC. If an item is determined by the buyer to not be an original piece The Prop Block reserves the right to arbitration with three outsides sources of it’s choosing which will determine the status of the merchandise sold. By agreeing to these terms and conditions the buyer agrees to the process of arbitration as stated by The Prop Block LLC.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the delivery of the purchased items. If outside of the United States the buyer is also responsible for import charges, duties and taxes associated with the shipping and delivery of their item. In purchasing from The Prop Block buyer agrees that The Prop Block LLC is not responsible for any shipping fee’s that may accrue. In the event that an item is shipped to a customer and they do not agree to the import fees or charges and the item is shipped back to The Prop Block LLC the customer is responsible for any shipping charges in sending the item back to the customer or the item will be determined as “abandoned” by The Prop Block LLC.

All items are sold “as is”, or as “original memorabilia” and are for display and collecting purposes. Each item offered here is a one of a kind piece that has been used by a studio production and will feature different types of wear, while all items will be described for any wear or damage it is the customers responsibility to determine the state of the product being sold via the description and images provided by The Prop Block. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties as to the correctness of the description of the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, medium, provenance, exhibitions, literature or historical relevance of any items sold by us. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for errors and omissions in the online listings or any other supplemental material. 

Unless expressly stated to the contrary above, under no circumstance will The Prop Block LLC be liable to a buyer in excess of the purchase price paid by the customer.

All items sold within the state of California will be enforced and governed by the laws of the state.
